An undercover informant was accused of planting crack cocaine on a counter to help make an arrest of an Albany area black business owner. Unfortunately for him, it was caught on camera. This is not going to be good for civilian-cop relations, no sir.

Seems like someone’s been to the Dave Chappelle school of “sprinkle some crack on him” police work.

And before anyone attempts to correct me, yes, the guy planting the evidence is just an informant. But come on, do you really think some scumbag informant is going to take liberties like this entirely on his own? Be real. There are a lot of good cops out there and a very dangerous minority of bad ones. Basically, trust no one and don’t traffic in crack cocaine. Chris’s two rules for avoiding jail.
