Tolerance is a great thing. Political correctness, however, is often a big bag of suck. This note that went out to parents at one New Jersey school about Valentine’s Day is proof of how bad it’s gotten.
Twitter user Kristinf416 tweeted the following photo, saying that she just received the note from her kindergarten-aged kid’s school:
Call me crazy but aren’t hurt feelings a good thing sometimes? Rejection helps you learn and grow stronger, regardless of the age. Life isn’t all sunshine and bubble wrap.
The kid who smells and the kid who eats glue are probably going to be stoked, though. Point, counterpoint.
