Everyone wants to make their own beer, but a home brew kit usually takes up a lot of space and looks like shit. A thrice-funded Kickstarter for the HopBox solves that problem by making it look like a work of art.
My apartment isn’t big enough to leave buckets sitting around on the floor, and I like to impress the ladies by having a clean countertop. So what’s a guy to do? Well in my case I just leave it to the professionals. For those of you who don’t quit easier than Michael Jordan, let the HopBox be your excuse to pull the trigger and start home brewing.
The home brew kits range from one gallon to three and include everything you’ll need to make beer. I’m not big on cobalt bottles from a quality standpoint, but considering you’re in full control of the light situation you shouldn’t have problem with beer going bad due to the glass. Plus they look awesome.
I always prefer Kickstarter campaigns that are already funded so I don’t get my hops up only to have them shattered. In this case there’s no worry that the project will fail considering they’ve already gotten $140,000 when they only sought $45,000. Check out all the details and reward levels for home brew kits on the HopBox Kickstarter page.
