When you look at the Irish Wolfhound, the world’s tallest dog, the last thing you would ever think of is ‘damn, I bet that giant is afraid of the tiny steps in my kitchen.’ But here we are.
Canis Lupus is fuckin’ FUMING over this video. The wolf did not allow his genetic makeup to get broken off into Canis Familiaris so that one day his ancestors be could be MASSIVE PUSSIES. But again, here we are.
Size does not beget confidence, though the two often go hand-in-hand. The larger the creature, the fewer the natural predators and general threats. But I suppose mini steps aren’t included in to either the ‘predators’ or ‘threats’ category, and therefore this wolfhound doesn’t know how to handle them.
Also, maybe I’m just being insensitive. Maybe his giant legs can’t cope with the tiniest changes in elevation like short legs can. I don’t know. What I do know is this: giant wolfhound is terrified by virtually non-existent steps.
