The Seattle Seahawks are 0-2 following a choke job against the Green Bay Packers, beaten by an Aaron Rodgers clutch masterclass, resulting in memes making fun of the Super Bowl losers and their quarterback, Russell Wilson.
The big question regarding the Seahawks isn’t whether or not they should panic at 0-2, always something talking heads on the media endlessly chatter about following week 2.
It’s whether or not the bandwagon jokes about the Seahawks will carry on forever after every loss. While they’re funny, it’s obviously a misconception.
The Seahawks have always had a very strong local following, selling out the stadium, usually one of the toughest in the league for away teams, for over a decade. The national following, the fickle, annoying one, came over the last two or three years. Who knows, maybe one or two more losses and it’ll disappear.
