It seems the list of teams worth mocking at the end of week 6 is endless: Miami, poor Rutgers, overrated Texas, falling apart Oregon and Michigan State, and let’s not forget the still-stunned Houston.

Where to begin? With the most painful one: Michigan drubbing Rutgers 78-0 (a week after losing 58-0 to Ohio State), allowing only 39 yards, in front of 200 potential recruits for the Scarlet Knights. Oregon were just as humiliated as home, losing 70-21 to Washington, making it a fourth consecutive loss and an end to their 12 game winning streak in this rivalry.

Consecutive losing? We have more for you. Michigan State were quite proud of their win in South Bend against Notre Dame. But turns out that isn’t that big of a win, and now, losing at home to BYU, they’re on a 3-game losing streak, looking the furthest thing possible from a team capable of disrupting Michigan and Ohio State. Texas beat Notre Dame to start the season. That hype is gone, losing three in a row, including to their biggest rivals, Oklahoma, while giving up over 670 yards of offense.

Miami suffered the most tragic of losses, getting an extra point kick blocked that would have tied the game. Like Tennessee, their bid for an overrated season is over, although winning the conference is still a possibility. Houston are no longer undefeated too, going through a rough visit to Navy. Even if they run the table from now, they won’t be in the playoffs.
