The Minnesota Vikings and Denver Broncos finish the first month as the top two teams in the NFL with four-for-four to start out the season. Meanwhile, there’s only one team without a win, crowned as the worst in the league so far: The Cleveland Browns.

NFL: New York Giants at Minnesota Vikings

  1. Denver Broncos (4-0): Paxton Lynch coming in and the Broncos looking exactly the same shows how good this defense really is.
  2. Minnesota Vikings (4-0: Minnesota have the second best D in the NFL at 13.3 points against them per game, while Sam Bradford is completing 67.8% of his passes for 3 touchdowns and 0 interceptions.
  3. Philadelphia Eagles (3-0): About to being a very tough stretch of four road games in five weeks, including all three division rivals and the Minnesota Vikings.
  4. Pittsburgh Steelers (3-1): Ben Roethlisberger had as many touchdowns (5) as he had incompletions in the win over the Chiefs.
  5. New England Patriots (3-1): Their home shutout before the return of Tom Brady was their first since 2006, and first at home since 1993.
  6. Green Bay Packers (2-1): Have three consecutive home games following their bye week. Not bad.
  7. Seattle Seahawks (3-1): Russell Wilson can’t be as mobile as before, but it isn’t stopping him from being one of the more efficient quarterbacks in the NFL.
  8. Dallas Cowboys (3-1): Ezekiel Elliott has run for 278 yards and a touchdown in the last two games.
  9. Cincinnati Bengals (2-2): Despite the mediocre start to the season, the Bengals are giving up only 20.5 points per game.
  10. Atlanta Falcons (3-1): By far the most productive offense in the league, scoring 38 points per game with over 478 yards of offense each outing.
  11. Oakland Raiders (3-1): Derek Carr is 4th in passer rating and his 9 touchdown passes to 1 interception differential is the second best in the league behind Matt Ryan.
  12. Baltimore Ravens (3-1): Joe Flacco is having a rough start to the season, with 4 TDs to 4 INT, and a 79.3 passer rating.
  13. New York Giants (2-2): Eli Manning still can’t get anything done vs the Vikings, adding a 0 touchdown, 1 interception performance to his record against them.
  14. Los Angeles Rams (3-1): Case Keenum keeps improving with every passing game, throwing two touchdowns and 0 interceptions in the recent win.
  15. Houston Texans (3-1): Despite winning 3 of 4 games, Brock Osweiler has more interceptions than touchdowns so far.
  16. Buffalo Bills (2-2): With their shutout of the Patriots, the Bills have the sixth best defense in terms of points allowed.
  17. Kansas City Chiefs (2-2): In a 29 point loss to the Steelers, the Chiefs were behind 0-36 before they got on the board.
  18. Arizona Cardinals (1-3): Carson Palmer looks like the main problem for the Cardinals, barely cracking the 80 in passer rating.
  19. Washington Redskins (2-2): The Redskins thrive against weak teams, and didn’t let the Browns taking a small, short-lived lead bother them.
  20. New York Jets (1-3): Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown nine interceptions in the last two games.
  21. Carolina Panthers (1-3): Cam Newton through the first four games: 80.2 passer rating. Stats have never told the whole story with him, but taking away his ability to run while the defense has gotten weaker has really hurt the Panthers.
  22. New Orleans Saints (1-3): Drew Brees is second in the NFL in passing yards behind Matt Ryan.
  23. San Diego Chargers (1-3): There have been plenty of calls to trade Philip Rivers and begin a full rebuild, as it’s clear he’s still worth something, but the team isn’t good enough to help him.
  24. Chicago Bears (1-3): After one of his best performances ever, Brian Hoyer will remain the starter despite Jay Cutler coming back from injury.
  25. Detroit Lions (1-3): The Lions managed only 263 yards against the previously win-less Bears on Sunday.
  26. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-3): The Jags have the worst point differential in the AFC South, -27 after four games.
  27. Indianapolis Colts (1-3): The trend of going to Andrew Luck after the lead is too big to catch up has to stop.
  28. San Francisco 49ers (1-3): The day Blaine Gabbert gets benched for Colin Kaepernick is just around the corner.
  29. Tennessee Titans (1-3): It feels that until Mike Mularkey isn’t gone, Marcus Mariota doesn’t have a shot at becoming the quarterback the Titans saw in him.
  30. Miami Dolphins (1-3): Only six quarterbacks have been sacked more than Ryan Tannehill this season, so far 11 times.
  31. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-3): Over the last three games, Winston’s passer rating is barely above 60, throwing 7 interceptions to 4 touchdowns.
  32. Cleveland Browns (0-4): This team really looks like a strong candidate for an 0-16 season.
