Portlandia is still going strong after a few seasons thanks to skits like this one about ‘The History of Hip-Hop.’

Carrie Brownstein prepares Fred for his first concert by schooling him on the history of rap and hip-hop. He’s got plenty of questions, including “What’s a Suge Knight” and “Was the Sugarhill Gang actually a gang?”
