Vanilla Ice has been dominating TV and movies lately, but that doesn’t mean he forgot about the rap game. He just took it to the streets bowl to challenge Cap’n Crunch to a rap battle.
Am I the only one who saw That’s My Boy? Uncle Vanni is the shit!

Vanilla Ice has danced on ice, gone Amish, worked at a roller rink, and renovated a slew of houses in the recent past few years, but he will always be known as the guy who created masterpieces like “Ice, Ice Baby” and “Ninja Rap.” It seems fitting that he teams up with Cap’n Crunch for the nostalgia tour – not that the Cap’n isn’t still going strong in the same form.
I didn’t expect it to turn into a full blown rap battle though. It not only turned up on YouTube, but it also continued on Twitter. Next time a so-called friend asks you why you’re on Twitter and makes a dumb joke about telling people what you had for breakfast, show him this. You’re on Twitter because occasionally Uncle Vanni goes toe-to-toe with a childhood favorite cereal mascot.
Okay Cap'n it's time to make it happen. How good are you at rap'n ? I'm vanilla, so nice, watch it Cap'n You might get iced @RealCapnCrunch

You don’t need the audience of Freestyle Friday on BET’s 106th & Park to know that the Cap’n made it happen. He went on to rap with any given stranger on Twitter for the rest of the day, proving that he doesn’t have much to do these days.
I think we can all agree that Vanilla Ice’s next battle should be dancing …
