Swedish moose cheese? Serbian donkey milk cheese? When the hell did dairy get into the high-end food market? Most of these I was somewhat familiar with, a few I’d even tried (I know, I’m better than you), but Serbian donkey cheese actually sounds like something out of my worst nightmares.
